On April 18, 2026, officers of the 𝑪𝒂𝒓𝒅𝒐𝒏𝒂 𝑩𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒏𝒈𝒐𝒏𝒂𝒏 𝑻𝒓𝒂𝒏𝒔𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆 came together for a meaningful session on 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐑𝐞-𝐎𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧.

The training focused on enhancing leadership capabilities, deepening understanding of cooperative principles, and promoting values-driven decision-making. Participants were encouraged to lead with integrity, accountability, and unity—key foundations in building resilient and member-centered organizations.

Through engaging discussions and shared experiences, the session reinforced the importance of aligning leadership practices with cooperative ideals to ensure sustainable growth and stronger community impact.
