The 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐥 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 held last February 19, 2026, and the 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐌𝐞𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐐𝐮𝐞𝐳𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐥𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫 conducted on April 15, 2026, were both remarkable and meaningful gatherings that highlighted the strength of collaboration and collective responsibility among our members.

We extend our sincerest appreciation and gratitude to CDA Regional Director RD. Salvador V. Valeroso, whose leadership and guidance continue to inspire us to strive for excellence. Special thanks as well to Ms. Jeramel B. Valdez and Ms. Mariah Athina Cabañeros for their unwavering support and valuable contributions in making these events successful and impactful.
