Empowering cooperatives through knowledge and collaboration!

Last April 7–8, 2026, TAGCODEC successfully held the 𝐇𝐑 𝐓𝐚𝐥𝐤 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫-𝐂𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 (𝐓𝐨𝐨𝐥𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭) 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐄𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 at the TAGCODEC Function Hall.

With the participation of 15 cooperatives, the two-day training became a meaningful space for learning, exchange of insights, and strengthening HR practices that truly support member-centered growth.

Participants gained valuable knowledge on practical performance management tools. The session also highlighted key approaches in designing equitable and sustainable salary structures, where attendees learned how to develop fair compensation systems, ensure internal equity, benchmark salaries responsibly, and create structures that balance financial sustainability with employee motivation and retention.
