The Bawal Bastos Law or Republic Act No. 11313 (Safe Spaces Act) promotes a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment by addressing gender-based sexual harassment in the workplace, training activities, meetings, and other cooperative-related spaces.

This training aims to strengthen awareness among cooperative leaders, officers, and employees on the importance of respecting boundaries, upholding dignity, preventing harassment, and fostering a culture of safety and inclusivity within the cooperative.
