Empowering Cooperatives Through Knowledge and Leadership!

Last June 10, 2026, TAGCODEC successfully conducted the 𝑯𝑹 𝑻𝒂𝒍𝒌 𝑺𝒆𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔: 𝑺𝒖𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒔𝒐𝒓𝒚 𝑳𝒆𝒂𝒅𝒆𝒓𝒔𝒉𝒊𝒑 𝒊𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒐𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒗𝒆𝒔: 𝑴𝒂𝒏𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝒘𝒊𝒕𝒉 𝑽𝒂𝒍𝒖𝒆𝒔 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑨𝒄𝒄𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒕𝒂𝒃𝒊𝒍𝒊𝒕𝒚 via Zoom Meetings.

With representatives from 18 cooperatives in attendance, the training served as a valuable platform for learning, collaboration, and the exchange of best practices in supervisory leadership. Participants deepened their understanding of values-based management, workplace accountability, and effective leadership strategies that contribute to stronger teams and member-centered cooperative growth.

The session provided practical insights on leading with integrity, fostering a culture of responsibility, and aligning supervisory practices with cooperative principles and organizational goals.
