Last November 11–12, 2025, TAGCODEC successfully conducted the Strategic Planning Training held at the TAGCODEC Building, Binangonan, Rizal, with the active participation of 11 member-cooperatives.

This training aimed to guide cooperatives in setting clear goals, crafting actionable strategies, and aligning their organizational direction toward sustainable growth and success.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to all participants for their enthusiasm and commitment to strengthening their cooperatives, and to our resource speaker, Pastor Atty. Mickel Borigas, for sharing his valuable knowledge and insights.
