TAGCODEC officially kicks off its first training for 2026 with the successful conduct of an in-house Parliamentary Procedure Training for Novaliches Development Cooperative (NOVADECI) on January 6–7, 2026, held at the NOVADECI Convention Center.

The two-day training engaged 30 NOVADECI leaders in strengthening their understanding of parliamentary procedure and cooperative governance.
