𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗟𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗧𝗦 | Mandatory Training in Fundamentals of Cooperatives
TAGCODEC successfully conducted a 2-day Mandatory Inhouse Training in Fundamentals of Cooperatives for Barangay San Juan Employees Credit Cooperative last November 6–7, 2025 held at Boso-boso Highlands Resort and Hotel, Antipolo City.

Over the course of two meaningful days, 30 committed participants engaged in an in-depth learning experience designed to strengthen their understanding of cooperative identity, values, governance structures, and operational responsibilities. The sessions encouraged active participation, thoughtful discussions, and reflection on their roles in sustaining a responsive and member-centered cooperative.

The training was facilitated by our passionate speaker, Mr. John Paul Roque Cario, who guided the participants through essential topics and real-life applications that support cooperative development. His expertise helped broaden their perspective on how strong foundations lead to effective service and long-term organizational success.
