𝐓𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐇𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐋𝐈𝐆𝐇𝐓𝐒 | Local Study Visit, Smart Budgeting Training for Cooperatives, and Team Building
Last November 4–5, 2025, TAGCODEC successfully conducted the Local Study Visit, Smart Budgeting Training for Cooperatives, and Team Building with the active participation of 11 TAGCODEC member-cooperatives.

The 2-day activity featured insightful study visits at The Rosario Livestock and Agriculture Farming Cooperative, Ibaan Market Vendors & Community Multi-Purpose Cooperative, and Aces Philproducers Corp. (a subsidiary of ACDI). Through these visits, participants were equipped with valuable best practices on sustainable agribusiness operations, innovative market linkages, and efficient cooperative management systems—insights that they can adapt and apply to enhance their own cooperative operations.

Participants also gained practical financial management knowledge during the Smart Budgeting Training by our speaker Ms. Vina C. Maguad, CFO of Prime Aces College. The session enabled cooperative officers to develop more strategic budgeting approaches, improve resource allocation, and promote financial sustainability within their organizations.

The event was capped off with engaging team-building activities that strengthened trust, and collaboration among participants—fostering unity in the pursuit of cooperative excellence.
