Good governance is the foundation of a strong and sustainable cooperative.

As part of TAGCODEC’s Inhouse Training Program, the β€œGovernance & Management of Cooperative” training was conducted for VALDECO on August 22 and September 5, 2026, at the VALDECO Multi-purpose Hall.

With Resource Speaker John Paul Cario, participants explored essential principles and practices in cooperative governance and management, highlighting the importance of clear roles, accountability, collaboration, and effective decision-making.
Through meaningful discussions and shared learning, the training provided VALDECO members with valuable insights that can help strengthen their cooperative’s governance practices and support its continued growth and development.

TAGCODEC continues to bring relevant and practical learning opportunities closer to cooperatives through customized Inhouse Training Programs.
