The two-day 𝐋𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐥 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐄𝐭𝐡𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐈𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐆𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 training held at Cardona Rizal brought together cooperative officers and leaders of 𝐂𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐧𝐚 𝐌𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐢-𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 committed to strengthening their organization through principled governance.

The training emphasized the fundamental legal frameworks governing cooperatives, the roles and responsibilities of officers and board members, and the importance of ethical decision-making in sustaining trust, transparency, and accountability within the organization.

The session was led by Atty. Roney Jone Gandeza, who generously shared his legal expertise and practical insights. His discussions provided clarity on key legal provisions and reinforced the vital role of ethics in ensuring long-term cooperative stability and growth.
