On August 19-20, 2025, TAGCODEC, in partnership with the City Cooperative and Livelihood Development Office of Antipolo City, successfully held a productive training on Conflict Management at the Queuing Area, Ground Floor, Annex Building of Antipolo City Hall.

The 2-day activity brought together cooperative leaders and members who actively participated in the discussions, gaining valuable insights on how to effectively address and resolve conflicts within their organizations. With the guidance of our resource speaker, Mr. Alan O. Ibale, participants were equipped with practical strategies that will help them build stronger relationships, foster understanding, and promote harmony within their cooperatives.
