Last October 10, 2025, during the National Cooperative Summit 2025 held at Supreme Hotel, Baguio City, TAGCODEC’s Chairperson, 𝐒𝐢𝐫 Hamilcar Rutaquio, was invited to go on stage alongside 𝐌𝐬. 𝐅𝐞 𝐃. 𝐌𝐞𝐣𝐢𝐚, 𝐂𝐏𝐀, 𝐕𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚 𝐀𝐝𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐂𝐨𝐨𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐂𝐔), to invoke the 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨—a collective declaration of the cooperative movement’s commitment to unity, inclusivity, and sustainable development.

The event also featured the 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐒𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐨, where cooperative leaders from across the country pledged their dedication to advancing the cooperative sector’s shared vision and values. This symbolic act signifies the continued solidarity of cooperatives in fostering growth, empowerment, and nation-building.
